Pamela Adams is the President and CEO of ACG, a professional with more than 30 years of experience she has successfully built partnerships between communities, government and the private sector. Prior to establishing ACG in 2000, Pamela was a senior executive in the healthcare industry.

A native New Yorker, Pamela relocated to Fort Lauderdale in 1993. Born and raised in New York she attended New York City public schools and was the first in her family to attend and complete college. After receiving her Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan in Kalamazoo, Michigan she earned her Master’s in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Pamela’s dynamic and personable style produces out of the box ideas and creative solutions for her clients making her one of the most sought after consultants in the area.

Pamela is a strong believer that community service is the backbone of strong communities. She is currently chairperson of the Midtown Business Association, and Executive-Vice President of the Friends of the African American Library and Research Center. Formerly, she served on the Boards of Jack and Jill Children's Center, Urban League of Broward County, First Call for Help, United Way of Broward County, St. Thomas University Presidents Advisory and Board of Directors, Florida Grand Opera and Broward County Library Foundation. Her civic involvement includes having served on the Fort Lauderdale Planning and Zoning, Beach Redevelopment and Marine Advisory Boards.

She has received numerous recognitions for her community involvement and contributions and is an alumna of Leadership Florida Class XVII.
